We have to be honest with you, this is our least favourite product. Yes it works and it is very easy to make a folded omelette with the filling of your choice but it will never look as good as an omelette made in the traditional way.
The omelette tastes fine but because you don't use any fat or butter you'll miss that lovely golden brown look that makes an omelette so appealing.
